Logistic Cost
- Responsible for logistic cost planning & control
- CF(quarterly)/BP planning(yearly)
- Inventory planning
- LOG KPI overall responsible
Logistic Quality
- Responsible for logistic quality management
- Logistic quality competence build up
- Others
Logistic Planning
- Be overall window contact to customers and supplier with regard to supply chain issues
- Responsible for Customer demand planning, production plan planning & procurement planning
- System data maintenance to ensure data accuracy in ERP system
- Daily monitor for customer order, production output & supplier delivery
- Inventory control and deadstock avoidance
- Others
Warehouse management:
- Shopfloor management, eg. 5S, LPC, FMEA line walk, safety management, etc...
- KPI and deviation management with PDCA cycle
- Personnel management: working arrangement, performance evaluation, etc...
- Facility management, eg. Forklift, etc.,
- Process management, eg. Flow chart, control plan, FMEA & WI, etc...
- Shopfloor CIP
- Others
Transportation management:
- Plant coordinator for transportation contract Tender
- Transportation arrangement and related complaint management
- Transportation process management like special freight management, route management, etc...
- Others
- Bachelor degree or above with major in supply chain management, logistic engineering or related
- With >5 years planning & warehouse experience in industry, experience in joint venture is preferred
-Good knowledge in supply chain management
- Good knowledge in warehouse management
- Good knowledge in ERP System, SAP is preferred
- Ability to Work in Teams, cooperation
