Job DescriptionSupport new platform projects (sample preparation, supplier release, production preparation etc.)Carry out SE (Simultaneous Engineering) team activities with cross function team membersSupport cost down activitiesLeading problem solving during development phase, support problem solving in series productionSupport quality department to solve outsourcing quality problems and customer quality issuesSupport manufacturing for sample build and quality issuesSupport engineering change implementationTechnical release of mechanical parts

Qualifications

Essential:

Master’s degree of above, major in mechanical design or electromechanical engineeringMin. 3 years of relevant mechanical development experienceProficient in mechanical design, familiar with relevant methods (e.g. FMEA, DFMEA)Strong communication skills, good teamwork, and good at coordinating internal and external resourcesPassion for work, strong independent work abilityFluent in English: reading, writing and speaking (fluent discussion of technical topics possible)

 

Preferred:

Experience in E-Motor or E-axle development is plusExperience in new energy vehicle e-Drive development and related standard is plusKnowledge of E-axle, GBX and E-Motor function and validation test;Familiar with E-axle assembly process, key components process;Design experience in E-axle is preferred;Problem solving experience in E-axle is preferred.
