Job Description
- Ensure manufacturing process running smoothly, instruct the maintenance staff to maintain the equipment and continuous improve the process robustness.
- Work out production related process documents (PFMEA, CP, WI) to ensure the stability of product quality, continuously improve the efficiency of procedure.
- Use quality tools in daily work (14Q, Poka-Yoke, PDCA, 8D, report) to enhance the production line quality, analyse and solve quality problems in the shop floor.
- Support trail run of new product and new fixture.
- Support customer and internal audit.
- Communicate and cooperate with plant internal other departments and lead plant.B11
