Responsibilities:
Position Overview:As the New Buyer Growth Leader in Lazada, you will be the owner of new buyer growth for this eCommerce platform across 6 countries. You will be responsible for driving large scale of new buyer acquisition and grow them to platform active buyers while improving its cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
● Build modeling & finance planning to forecast monthly pacing/ cost structure, and trend completion.
● Develop and implement comprehensive acquisition strategies to attract new customers to the platform.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, online marketing, tech, Bizrisk etc, to ensure alignment and integration of growth initiatives.
● Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and optimize acquisition efforts.
● Utilize data-driven approaches to track, measure, and report on key performance metrics related to new buyer acquisition, including conversion, efficiency, buyer quality.
● Lead experimentation and optimization efforts to enhance the effectiveness of buyer conversion operations with vouchers, subsidies, and gamified mechanisms.
● Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in ecommerce and customer acquisition to continuously refine strategies and tactics.
● Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of young & energetize performances, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
