Job Description
Be responsible for technical knowledge platform management, especially system account management and data tracking & analysisTechnical training courses arrangement, that include training sign-in, examination score analysis, satisfaction survey, and communication with suppliers and trainersTechnical engineers annual refresh training and certification arrangement Engineers’ knowledge contest support, that include schedule and scores summary & analysis Award of trainings and knowledge contestChannel primary training support, that include information collection, training notification, examination announcement, internship communication and making work card for engineersChannel trainings summary and data trackingGlobal service systems and tools testing and operation report trackingSupport process automation and system operation related projectsQualification:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree majored in Computer Science, Engineering, Service Management, Knowledge management etc. ( 计算机科学与技术、网络工程、数据科学与大数据技术、知识管理,服务管理等专业 )Good communication and interpersonal skills.Responsible, proactive and team player.Fluent oral & written English, have passed CET-6 or above.
