Your Key Responsibilities Drive the implementation of the Schaeffler-SPS/MOVE culture and help to improve the SPS/MOVE maturity level in plant. Manage SPS/MOVE roadmap and initiatives in plant. Lead special project and activities in plant. Communicate and coordinate with different departments with plant and with Other Plants/Region/BU/BD SPS/MOVE functions. Support and coordinate SPS/MOVE activities, e.g. VSM/SMED/TPM/5S+2/Coaching/SFM/Standardize work. Your Qualifications Qualify with lean methods, e.g. Value Steam Mapping/Flow Production/Line balance/SMED/Kanban system/TPM/5S+2. Lean production experience 5-7 years. Working experience in Automotive is preferred. Working experience in manufacturing compony is preferred. Bachelor or above, major in science and engineering
