主要职责
1. 国产平台适配技术发展：负责国产操作系统的应用适配工作，跟踪国产操作系统的最新动态和技术发展，以应对业务的发展与需求。
2. 应用适配方案设计、测试与验证：制定详细的B/S、C/S等应用适配测试计划，包括功能测试、性能测试、稳定性测试等，确保软件产品在国产操作系统和数据库环境下的质量。验证软件产品的适配效果，确保其满足用户需求和业务要求。
3. 数据库适配与迁移：负责数据库的适配工作，包括数据库的安装、配置、优化等，确保数据库能够在国产操作系统上稳定运行。编写数据迁移脚本，优化迁移流程，提高数据迁移的效率和可靠性。
技能要求：
1. 熟练掌握国产Linux操作系统，具备丰富的Linux系统管理和维护经验，能够熟练进行系统配置、命令操作、脚本编写等。
2. 国产操作系统应用软件的适配与调试，包括但不限于系统环境搭建、配置优化、驱动安装等，确保软件产品能够在国产操作系统上顺利运行
3. 国产数据库的调优、故障诊断等能力，能够处理数据库国产化适配和数据迁移的相关问题。
4. 掌握C++/Python编程语言，具备软件开发能力，能够进行高效的软件开发和调试。
工作经验：
3年以上相关领域工作经验，具备国产操作系统软件应用适配经验、数据库中间件适配、数据迁移等相关项目经验者优先。
其他要求：
1. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，与团队成员有效协作，共同完成项目任务。
2. 具备较强的自主学习能力和问题解决能力，解决工作中遇到的各种技术问题。
3. 具备良好的文档编写能力，能够撰写清晰、详细的测试报告、技术文档等。
4. 技术培训能力。
