YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Ensures the operability, reliability, and integrity of the assigned assets 确保设备的可操作性，可靠性及完整性Equipment trouble shooting and repairing 设备故障处理及维护Executes PM plan according to the SAP notification, complete related corrective maintenance jobs during shift time 根据SAP 工单执行PM计划，完成当班的维护作业Execute the maintenance activities related to inspection, repairs of the assigned assets; initiates, monitors and tracks work orders in her/his area of responsibility 执行与检查、维修指定资产相关的维护活动；在其负责的范围内发起、监控和跟踪工作订单Identifies and evaluates deficiencies and bottlenecks, conducts troubleshooting of asset and process problems 识别和评估缺陷和瓶颈，对资产和流程问题进行故障排除Observes technical rules and regulations and implements technical best practices 遵守技术规则和规定并实施技术最佳实践Share and train other technicians / mechanics to improve the competency in maintenance team 分享和培训其他技术人员，以提高维修团队的能力Keeps and updates the technical documentation and records 保存并更新技术文档和记录

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

Mechanical/mechatronics background. 机械/机电一体化背景At least 5 years’ experience in maintenance field of pharma & food ; 5年以上制药/食品行业维护经验Strong technical competencies. 较强的专业技术能力。good communication skills; 较好的交流能力Be available for shifts working 适应倒班
