工作内容:

您将负责所分配演出单元的所有演出元素的协调、整合和监督,包括演员、技术人员、服装、化妆、维护和乐园运营;您将协调演出维护活动,诸如:复习排练、灯光、音效检查和指挥、布景润色。协调舞台上技术装台;您将负责所分配演出单元的维护和财政运营;您将负责演出运营相关决策,诸如:天气情况、设备故障、演员伤病、服装问题和演出保障等;您将着手工作指令和申请,监管日常时间表和排班表;您将在新制作和特别活动中,与制作团队进行互动并创建制作手册,该手册包括详细的、简洁的计划和所有的制作环节记录;您将负责创建演出指示脚本和给出表演指示;您将负责落实台前幕后各地点的彩排,并协助导演落实演出效果;您将确保游客和演职人员拥有一个安全的环境,并坚持遵守演出?运营和安全指导方针;您将识别和维护演出的艺术完整性,包括观察演出并给予适当的表演批注;您将提供演出指导并向直接汇报经理和前线演职人员提供反馈;指导和拓展舞台管理演职人员,包括舞台管理技能、领导力、演出质量和表演反馈;您将根据需求执行其它项目。

Job Summary:

As Stage Manager, SHOW of Entertainment, you will play an important role of leading and managing excellent theatre operation procedures to ensure high quality Disney stories retelling and Entertainment indoor show experience. He/ She will also create and integrate long- and short-term plans, and oversee the overall daily operations to ensure smooth show flow; also generally be responsible for the organization, execution and completion of Show Operations related projects, which includes managing relevant team, setting targets and deadlines, ensuring operations stay on track and on budget, and adjusting if necessary to meet new requirements. Finally, involvement in festive celebrations shows and entertainment may be included as well.

Key Responsibilities:

You will responsible for coordination, integration and supervision of all show elements for assigned show unit, including performers, technicians, costuming, cosmetology, maintenance, and Park Operations;You will coordinates show maintenance activities such as brush-up rehearsals, lighting and audio calls, and scenic touch-up.  Coordinates technical load-ins at stage;You will responsible for the maintenance and financial operation of assigned show unit;You will responsible for show operation decisions regarding weather, technical break-downs, performer injuries, costuming problems and show maintenance;You will initiate work orders and requisitions and oversees day-to-day schedules and time sheets;You will responsible for interfacing with production teams and creating a production book; which is a detailed, concise plan and record of all production components;You will accountable for creating a show cue script and "calling" show cues;You will responsible conduct all rehearsals at off-stage and on-stage locations, and support the Director in implementing show vision;You need to ensure a safe environment for guests and cast and maintain adherence to Show? Operating and Safety Guidelines;You need to recognize and maintains artistic integrity of the show, including observation of performances and giving appropriate show notes;You will provides performance coaching and feedback to direct report managers and front line cast members.  Mentor and develop stage management cast, including development in Stage Management skills, leadership, and show quality and performance feedback;You will responsible for other projects as required.

Desired Qualifications:

Very strong leadership and communication skills; ability to interact effectively with creative and production teams, other lines of business, all levels of management and staff, and segment partners.3+ years of experience in stage management; Disney experience is a plus.Bachelor degree in performing arts, theater or related discipline preferred.Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and mentor large teams.Strong influencing and negotiating skills.Excellent organizational, partnering and leadership skills.Proven ability to problem-solve and optimize operating procedures.Ability to give effective feedback and share creative and new ideas.  Maintains and administers policies and procedures.Works independently, but must recognize when to involve appropriate management in decision making process.Fluent in Mandarin and English.
