工作内容：

通过各种视觉媒介来诠释艺术概念；保留演出整体性的同时，寻求创造性方案来最大化解决后勤或财政项目限制；负责娱乐演出和活动的整体艺术效果：布景及设施设计、巡游花车设计、道具设计、演出标志设计等；协助创意总监、创意经理及演出总监监管演出、活动和项目的艺术创作概念和创意开发；协助创意总监维护演出、氛围娱乐、巡游的布景道具和创造意图以确保演出质量；和其他业务部门、全球娱乐团队、华特迪士尼幻想工程-上海及演出质量标准团队以及供应商进行大量联络工作，并需要技艺精湛、成熟可靠、经验丰富且能适当代表上海迪士尼度假区娱乐演出部；这个艺术性的岗位涉及各种和多个项目团队和利益相关者合作的高层决策（创造性的选择）；权衡创意和预算以实现演出及活动的目的；与娱乐创意和制作团队、全球娱乐团队和华特迪士尼幻想工程-上海的演出质量标准团队密切合作，开发新的娱乐产品；和技术团队密切合作开发布景投标项目；监督承包商和供应商搭建所有布景元素、巡游花车和道具等；开发和制作艺术展示；确保日常演出的布景元素得到妥善维护；对迪士尼和行业标准（包括安全标准）以及创意趋势保持高度了解；按时完成领导布置的其他任务。

具有丰富的娱乐演出行业知识并有良好的布景供应商网络；能适应多项任务、快节奏和充满活力的工作环境；拥有剧场和布景设计十年或以上经验；场景设计、制作设计或相关专业本科学历；熟练操作Adobe Creative Suite、 SketchUp、CAD或相似电脑绘图软件；拥有主题乐园或现场剧院娱乐演出经验；较强的艺术绘画和电脑技术能力；杰出的演讲能力能力（口头和书写）。

Job Summary:

As an Art Director in Shanghai Disney Resort, you will be responsible for create, develop and art direct all scenic, props and visual elements for Entertainment shows and events as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret artistic concepts through various visual mediums;Find creative solutions to logistical and financial project constraints while preserving the integrity of the show;Overall artistic responsibility for the creation of scenic and set design, parade float design, prop design, show signage design, etc., for Entertainment shows and events;Assist the Creative Director, Creative Manager and Show Director to oversee the artistic creation of concepts and the creative development of shows, events and projects;Maintain scenic props and creative intent of Shows, Atmosphere Entertainment, Parades to ensure show quality by partnering with the Show Director;Contact with other line of business the global Entertainment team, Walt Disney Imagineering Shanghai and Disney Show Quality, and vendors.  It requires a highly skilled, credible, experienced and mature individual who can represent Shanghai Disney Resort Entertainment in an appropriate manner;High level of decision-making (creative choices) in collaboration with multiple project team members and stakeholders;Balance creative intent with budget parameters to realize show and event objective;Work closely with technical team to develop scenic bid packages;Supervise contractors and vendors in the construction of all scenic elements, parade floats, props, etc.;Develop and produce presentation art;Ensure ongoing show scenic elements are maintained;Maintain high awareness of Disney and industry standards (including Safety) and creative trends;Accomplish tasks as assigned by leaders in a timely manner.

Desired Qualifications:

In-depth knowledge of the entertainment industry with good network of scenic vendors;Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, highly-dynamic environment;10 years’ experience in theatre and set design;Bachelor’s degree in Scenic Design, Production Design or related discipline ;Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, CAD or similar computer drafting software;Theme park or live theatrical entertainment experience;Strong artistic, drafting and computer skills;Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written.
