您的主要职责

MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES:

1. Responsible for assembly and EOL process, study and ensure utilization of manpower, machine and equipments as optimized.

2. Participate new project launch, develop equipment engineering solutions, responsible for new process, equipment, fixture and tooling design and qualification, set up line, commissioning, adjusting to meet requirements of PPAP and mass production;

3. Support production line to do process failure analysis and product diagnostic. Continuously optimize test program and assemble process through SPC, data analysis etc.

4. To assist management in development of capacity plan, cycle time definition, resources planning and other corporate plan requirement;

5. To perform process cycle time studies and promote lean manufacturing methodology.

6. Develop and update PFMEA and process instructions and other required process and manufacture engineering related documents;

1. Good oral English skill.

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

3. Strong presentation and report writing skills.
