-Coordinate Q method introduction, training and assessment
-Support quality system development
-QG moderator

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate internal and external audit, e.g. prepare process audit program, conduct audit, overview tracking process audit status, audit reporting summary, as process expert support process audit process improvement, highlight potential risk to audited area. Prepare and conduct external IATF16949 audit.
2. Coordinate Q method introduction, training and assessment, e.g. IQP, Q14, Q-Das, MSA, SPC, EWS, as Q-Method expert responsible for Q-Method improvement.
3. Support quality system maintainance and audit.
4. Moderate QG meeting.

Education:BS in engineer or mechanical relatedWork

Experience:>=5 years in quality area of auto industry

Knowledge/ Skills:

1. Familiar with IATF16949 knowlege
2. Faimiliar with VDA6.3 process audit
3. Familiar with Quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA,SPC, MSA, LPC...)
4. Moderator skills
