Job Description
1. Lead failure analysis test for field return parts. include test tracking, customer report generation, task arrangement, data statistics.
2. Develop and optimize failure analysis flow and methods together with engineering.
3. Create and update failure analsyis instruction.
4. Train and qualify test technician for failure analysis test.
5. Manage test MAE, such as release, matainenance, budget planning.
6. Coordiate with IPN plant for failure analysis status sharing.
7. Support manufacturing for related testing/measurement requirement
Qualifications
Education:Bachelor in mechanical, engine or electrical
Work Experience:>3 year work experience in validation/testing in automotive industry
Knowledge/Skills:1. Knowledge of common lab testing method, e.g. dimension；2. Problem solving method
