Your Key Responsibilities

-Coordinate customer quality issues and ensure they are resolved in an efficient & timely   

-Collection, evaluation and implementation of customer requirements

-Interpret specifications for products to determine performance requirements in order to meet and/or exceed customer expectations.

-Work with Global team to identify root cause & set-up appropriate short/long term corrective actions;

-Handle field and warranty rejects analysis coordination and analysis report (or/and customer 8D report) preparation;

-To support customer audit or visit customer sites to assist field complaint support as needed.

 

Your Qualifications Familiar with the ME&MET parts manufacturing, assembly process and quality control requirements; Geometric tolerances, drawing reading, manual ability for measuring; PC knowledge: office software, SAP; Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA and common customer quality requirements (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D ); Analytical thinking, self-initiative, capable of taking decisions, capable of working under pressure, ability of communication, prioritization and coordination;
