Description and Requirements 岗位职责：1. 根据项目需求支持IT服务采购，包括人力外包及相关的非生产性物料采购；2. 管理采购运营，交付关键绩效指标；3. 持续推动成本优化，支持采购数字化；5. 支持供应商绩效管理；6. 学习行业知识并与团队分享；7. 支持日常工作中的紧急情况；8. 支持采购运营相关的计划、成本管控、业务转型和流程再造工作。
