Your role:

Support global initiatives and market research requests – identify potential suppliers, coordinate queries from internal stakeholders with external suppliers, Market Intelligence- Investigate and track EL potential competitors, and update respective suppliers’ status, e.g. financial, credit reliability, business trend etcProvide organizational, operational and administrative support for sourcing activities within ChinaSupport supplier management activities such as negotiations and contracting, supplier qualification, accompany supplier audits, conduct supplier business reviews and evaluationsFollow-up local market and EHS developments, leverage knowledge and share it with the global teamCoordinate detailed domestic travel arrangementsData and reporting Financial benchmarking for Display business in regular baseSupport Team Lead to manage other reporting activities per need

Who you are:

University degree.  Chemical background would be preferredProactive and customer-orientedAnalytical, problem solving and structured thinking skillsHigh sense of data and good at analytics/reportingAbility to organize time efficiently by prioritizing work and concentrating on key tasksAbility to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization Experience with MS OfficeProfessional communication skills to interface between internal stakeholders and suppliers Team player experience to work in global teamsFluent English is requiredExperience on Semi-conductor or Display/ Fine-chemical industry would be a plusTravel requirement: 10% of time
