Job DescriptionTechnical consultant for RB regional BUs which base on product requirements (incl. new product development in SE work or new material nomination, initiate material localization and RPP projects)Support raw material release and define material specification and create RB NormSupport raw material supplier / process evaluation, enabling and release for BBM base on VDA6.3 standard.Handle localization projects, define material release plan and tests with internal lab.Collaborate with internal BUs' different functional department in AP and partially in EU,AM and external suppliers.Technical task force (incl. evaluation of failure analysis results, define countermeasure and implementation)Cooperation with MTS-AM, EU and MAC team.Routine TS16949 quality management of technical tasks including internal and external auditParticipant in team improvement activities (technical research, digitalization ...etc)

QualificationsPhD degree (Materials Science and material Engineering background is required), Aluminum alloy research background or 3-5year related working experiences will be preferred.good knowledge of material metallographic examination and analysisexperienced in or familiar with metal material making / production processknowledge of heat treatment process will be preferredgood knowledge of material failure analysisaware of NDT (raw material nondestructive test)experienced in material supplier managementHigh entrepreneurial mindset, results and future orientationgood team work sprit and cooperationgood communication skill, fluent English speaking and writing is required, German is appreciated.
