YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Deliver annual financial target. 达成年度财务指标。Independently manage and cooperate with Strategic Channel Partners (SCPs), drive commercial policy as well as track business progress. 独立管理且与战略渠道伙伴(SCPs)合作，落实商务政策并跟进业务进展。Independently manage the network and relationship of Bayer Strategic Retailers (BSRs) and serve mega growers. 独立管理拜耳战略零售商(BSRs)网络，并为大型种植者提供优质服务。Independently drive demand generation plan and execution. 独立落实需求拉动工作的计划与执行。Independently develop and drive business plan, forecast consumption progress accurately in a timely manner, map out business upside and downside as well as take proactive actions. 独立开发并落实商业计划，及时、准确预测消耗进展，规划业务机会和风险并主动采取行动。Manage individual T&E and P&I plan and execution as well. 管理个人差旅及宣传推广费用的计划与执行。Report complaint in time and support investigation on the complaint. 及时报告投诉事件并协助相关调查工作。Deliver financial target in a sustainable way through channel network management and cooperation as well as promoting product, solution and service to end users. 通过渠道网络管理与协作，以及向终端用户提供产品、解决方案和优质服务，实现财务指标的可持续达成。

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

Bachelor degree in agriculture or business. 农业或商业领域本科学历。Communication, presentation, knowledge on crop protection & negotiation. 沟通、演讲、植保知识及谈判。3 years relevant. 3年相关工作经验。Be positive, willing to win and deliver results as well as travel frequently. 积极向上、乐于成功、可经常出差。
