职位描述

Job Summary:
• Overall customer liaison including acquisition and preparation for sales
• Leading sales team for yearly sales target, define the customer sales strategy.
• Develop the sales channel for promoting FCEV including OEM and end-users according to assigned sales task
• Customer and Commercial Series support and delivery
• Responsible for the FCPM, e-Axle, STM, H2S of BEV and FCEV sales business and complete the sales tasks

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Preparation and execution of acquisition measures for specific market segment
2. Build up and maintain customer contact and sales channel
3. Develop strategy for selling products and pricing
4. Develop presentations for quotations and commercial negotiations and prepare w/ internal partners
5. Support and consult customer for adapted solutions
6. Design contract at customer interface (terms and conditions, frame contracts, Pricing,...)
7. Manage commercial contract (supply agreement, warranty agreement etc )
8. Develop pricing strategy and adjust with management
• Customer and Commercial Series support
1. Plan, set-up, organize and execute regular customer visits/meetings for orders.
2. Follow up acquired orders and ensure in time delivery to customer by following up the whole process
3. Co-ordinate requests for technical changes and ensure commercial assessment for the changes as well as updated quotations.
4. Ensure and co-ordinate information flow for change introduction esp. at interface to customer (PPAP, customer release)
5. Develop strategy for negotiation of additional prices in case of technical changes and defend in front of customer
6. Maintaining customer relationship via cross-functions
7. Define tasks with respect to the upcoming commercial topics and synchronize. Check and discuss the results.

Authority:
1.leading a sales team for responsible area/customers/users to realize the defined sales target
2.define the end-user customer sales strategy based on given conditions
3.to decide quantity of supply and forecast via monthly base
4.team daily management and support for individual target achievement

职位要求

Bachelor or Master degree in Automotive Engineering or Commercial and Business background.

1. Cooperative, Diligent, Goal-oriented, Hardworking
2. Good communication and presentation skill Good in Computer use
3. Good English with speaking and writing
4. Experience of team management in sales function
5. Preferably 5 years or more of working experience on new energy promotion and direct sales to market with exsiting sales channel.
6. NEV sales experience preferred, such as familiar with the field of commercial vehicles or FCEV/ lithium batteries and also certain market resources with to G or to B sales experience
