障がい者の方の定着支援とサポート業務
具体的には・・・
・障がい者社員が担当している業務の管理マネージメント
・依頼された業務と障がい者社員のマッチングや橋渡し
・支援機関との連携
※現在障がい者メンバーは、下記の業務に従事しています。
基幹業務：
・庶務業務、環境整備
・郵便、宅急便の受領、発送補助
・社内申請書のチェック、入力作業
この他、下記のチーム業務も行っています。
・翻訳（英日、日英）
・経理
・データ処理等
メンバーをサポートしていただくことを期待しております。
