Job Description1. 负责电动工具产品开发项目中研发工程师的全部工作包，确保按照项目计划和要求，准时高质量完成。2. 支持配合内部团队及供应商，完成新品开发项目和量产阶段的技术相关任务。3. 在项目的每个阶段，评估审核供应商的工程设计，定义测试要求，检查测试结果，主导技术风险分析，跟踪任务执行。4. 指导供应商快速的解决技术问题。灵活运用理论知识，经验，和有效的方法，系统的分析和解决设计和开发中遇到的技术问题。5. 定义测试需求及规程，协调测试资源，进行失效分析。6. 生成和管理工程文档， 如物料单，技术参数，图纸等。协调完成产品认证。- Lead & direct assigned engineering activities of the project teams in order to achieve the successful market introduction, according to the New Product Development Process (PIF).- Work with team and supplier to complete the engineering tasks; demonstrates ability to develop and successfully introduce a new project into production, on time , at cost, with quality and overcoming obstacles.- System definition including requirement derivation, system decomposition, and validation.- Work with suppliers on problem solving. Use creativity and applied engineering theory and principles to investigate and solve design and engineering problems. Utilize systematic problem solving method for troubleshooting issues.- Coordinate development testing and failure analysis. Assess and review the design of suppliers in each phase of development, define test requirements and review results, lead the technical risk analysis and monitor the implementation of measures.- Derive and manage Engineering documentation, e.g. BoM (bill of materials), specification and drawings. Coordinate product certifications

Qualifications1. 机械工程专业，工程学士及以上2. 5年及以上机械设计及项目经验。电动工具研发经验优先。3. 丰富的机械设计经验，熟悉零件的生产加工工艺，如注塑件，机加工，金属铸件等，如有电子或软件经验优先。4. 对塑料粒子，注塑工艺和尺寸测量方法等有深入的了解。5. 熟悉FMEA等工程方法论，熟悉设计软件，如CAD,Pro-E,Minitab6. 出色的英语沟通能力，可以独立用英文交流全部工程技术问题。7. 能适应灵活的工作时间，和较频繁的国内出差。8. 快速学习能力强，能迅速适应变化，执行力强。- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related.- 5yrs+ experience in comparable industry. Power tool product design background including strong mechanical with electrical & software basis is highly preferred.- Experience in mechanical design, understanding of manufacturing process for plastic, machined, castings, and spring parts, and gear transmissions.- In depth plastic part design background with understanding of injection molding process & measurement methods is a plus.- Understand and familiar with engineering methodologies like FMEA.- Familiar with design softwares and system, e.g. PTC Croe CAD, PRO /E, Minitab.- Strong communication skills especially in English (including technical) and high level of collaboration.- Flexibility in working hours for communication with global team, and frequent domestic travels to buyout suppliers.- Fast learner.
