About the Role

该岗位围绕高净值业务价值主张中的财富管理和传承版块，通过保险金信托主题为业务前线提供培训、赋能及客户经营等相关支持；规范保险金信托操作管理，提升服务质量和客户体验。

岗位职责：

1、协助主管完善保险金信托操作管理相关制度和流程；

2、制作保险金信托操作管理相关操作指引和宣导材料，协助主管开展宣导工作，完成相关项目并为渠道有序推进业务提供综合支持；

3、执行财富传承主题方面的内勤和营销员渠道培训赋能工作，包括基础通用知识理念的普及教育、专项主题知识的讲解、案例分析，咨询解答及陪访等工作；

4、协调各相关部门，确保保险金信托操作流程的规范化执行，及时发现潜在风险，持续优化流程；

5、协助主管与外部合作信托机构对接，维护合作关系，完成具体工作任务；

6、跟踪保险金信托申请案件，提高案件处理的效率，提升客户体验；

7、定期整理统计相关数据报表，确保数据的完整性和准确性。

任职要求：

1、大学本科或以上学历；

2、5年以上相关领域工作经验，保司营销员渠道或银保渠道经验；

3、出色的沟通能力、协调能力和项目管理能力，有讲师培训经验优先；

4、有耐心、注重细节、责任心及抗压能力强；

5、具有团队合作精神；

6、熟练掌握Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint，有独立海报制作能力及经验优先。
