About the Role

该岗位负责新机构团险渠道核保、合规审查及业务质量分析

岗位职责：1、负责新机构区域团险核保报价、协议制作等日常核保工作，根据公司政策，准确有效审核业务方案，出具风险审核意见；2、负责新机构区域团险合规审查事务，如年度风险排查、内控自评估等合规类工作；3、定期对业务质量进行分析，及时发现风险并提供合理建议，促进业务健康快速发展；4、协助业务人员制定客户沟通方案，保证核保时效和服务质量。任职要求：1、大学本科或以上学历，医学、保险、精算相关专业背景优先；2、7年以上团体人身险核保相关同业工作经验者优先；3、熟练使用MS-Office软件；4、有较强的团队协作、沟通协调能力、表达能力，有风险管控意识。
