YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Deliver annual financial target.Independently manage and cooperate with Strategic Channel Partners (SCPs), drive commercial policy as well as track business progress.Independently manage the network and relationship of Bayer Strategic Retailers (BSRs) and serve mega growers.Independently drive demand generation plan and execution.Independently develop and drive business plan, forecast consumption progress accurately in a timely manner, map out business upside and downside as well as take proactive actions.Manage individual T&E and P&I plan and execution as well.Report complaint in time and support investigation on the complaint.Coordinate and drive third party promotion relevant.Lead key projects & market campaigns in the sub area.Develop integrated crop solutions in the sub area to make “technical transfer” happen.Lead and serve super mega growers in the sub area.达成年度财务指标。独立管理且与战略渠道伙伴(SCPs)合作,落实商务政策并跟进业务进展。独立管理拜耳战略零售商(BSRs)网络,并为大型种植者提供优质服务。独立落实需求拉动工作的计划与执行。独立开发并落实商业计划,及时、准确预测消耗进展,规划业务机会和风险并主动采取行动。管理个人差旅及宣传推广费用的计划与执行。及时报告投诉事件并协助相关调查工作。协调并落实第三方推广工作。领导并落实片区内的关键项目及市场战役。统筹片区内的作物解决方案以实现技术传承。统筹并服务片区内的超大农户。
