일일 운영 지원 및 프로젝트 촉진

현장 점검 실시근본 원인 및 해결책 조사/분석협력업체와 협상도면 검토테스트 및 시설 인수인계 참석작업 조정 등

고객사에 종합적인 엔지니어링 및 기술 서비스 제공

시설 운영 및 유지보수 교육 참석, 표준 운영 절차 및 요구사항 숙지

건물 내외부의 모든 시스템, 시설 및 장비 숙지

BMS, 발전기, UPS, CRAC, FM-200 등의 시스템 적절히 활용 및 관리

유지보수 협력업체 관리

안전 작업 관행의 구현 및 관리로 고객사 운영 중단 방지

건물 운영팀과 협력하여 최상의 유지보수 기준 및 관행 수립 및 유지

비상 상황 대응

정기 점검 수행

에너지 절약, 유지보수 관행, 유틸리티 관리 및 위험 관리 절차 점검점검 기록 유지

건물 내 장비, 시스템 또는 시설에 영향을 미치는 작업 시 동행/입회

현지 규정 숙지 및 변경사항 지속적 업데이트

필요 시 시설관리팀과 함께 고객사 방문 및 설명 제공

요청 시 근무 시간 외 검사/테스트/작업 참석 가능

자격요건

시설관리 또는 관련 분야 2년 이상 경력

관련 자격증 소지자 우대

MS Office 활용 능력자 우대

영어 활용 능력자 우대

Job Description

To support Engineering Manager in daily operation and building refurbishment. To coordinate and work with building management team to manage a bank office building and data center(s).

Support Engineering Manager in daily operation and facilitate projects by, but not limited to, conducting site inspection, investigating and analysing root causes/solutions, negotiating with vendors, reviewing drawings. attending tests & facilities handover, coordinating works etc.Provide comprehensive engineering and technical services to the clientAttend facilities O&M training and be familiarized with O.E. standard procedures and requirements.Be familiarized with all systems, facilities and equipment inside the building and within the building area. Be able to utilize and manage the systems properly and timely. (e.g. BMS, Generator, UPS, CRAC, FM-200 etc)Manage maintenance contractors to ensure that planned preventive maintenance had been carried out in accordance the maintenance schedule.Ensure the implementation and management of risk & safety work practices to avoid the interruption to client’s operations.Coordinate with building operation teams in setting up and sustaining the best maintenance standards and practices.Attend to emergency. Report and follow up any incidents, alarms, irregularities, or abnormalities of E&M equipment within or out of office hoursCarry out routine inspection for energy conservation, maintenance practices, and utility management and risk management procedures, record the inspection as well.Provide escort/witness to works related or causing impacts to any of the equipment, system or facility inside the buildingBe aware of local regulations and always be updated with the changesAttend visit and provide explanation to client(s) with facility management team if requiredBe able to attend inspection / test/ work if it happens to be scheduled out of office hours upon request
