Description: 

We are looking for a Sr. Web Consultant to join us at our company headquarters in San Francisco, CA. The successful candidate will assist the services team by providing technical expertise through pre-sales and post-sales engineering. Responsibilities include understanding customer architectural requirements, development, installation, and deployment of the SmartUX platform for demos, trials, pilots and production.

Your Day-To-Day: 

Assist customers with designing and building mobile apps that will delight their users

Lead a team using PowWow’s powerful transformation platform to implement apps

Architect PowWow based solutions for a wide range of varying types of customers

Gather feedback from users, measure and improve the apps

Direct multiple concurrent projects and resources

Help build and enhance the PowWow’s best practices and methodologies

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Strong Javascript programming background

Experience with front-end JavaScript frameworks like Cordova, jquery and angular.js

Experience with back-end JavaScript frameworks like node.js

Ability to quickly learn proprietary APIs and work with existing codebases

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced start-up environment

Great interpersonal and communications skills

8-10 years experience

Willingness to travel

Requires B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent

BONUS:

Web design skills

Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS

Experience implementing mobile apps

3-5 years of successful post-sales experience or equivalent

Experience participating with sales people and being part of the technical sales cycle
