The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior KAM International Leasing & Direct Fleets - Consumer Europe to join our team in any Goodyear location in Europe.
On this position you will:
Drive European (Global) tenders/negotiations (Leasing and direct fleets) and align countries behind the same commercial objectives to drive (as one team) both the national and international commercial offers after having created internal senior management alignment. Monitor and track EU lease P&L with finance business partner Design, align and implement a harmonized EU value proposition for direct fleets together with the EU Fleet Sales Leader (Contracted Retail) Develop processes and leverage GY tools together with EU Fleet Sales Leader Contracted Retail to drive local acquisition, handling and growth of small fleets. Manage daily challenges of customers at European HQs. Interact internally (cross-functional) and externally to help solving local major issues (with local GY Sales or with Fleet HQ) which could affect the European collaboration. Build a close cooperation with local teams, ensure a continues transparent exchange of information, share strategy, business status and best practices. Manage targets (in line with VP) with Local head of sales, track and monitor targets Lead and coach the local Fleet Key Account Managers/teams in efforts to win local fleets

Education:
The candidate should have a degree in economics or similar.
Languages:
Fluent in English (negotiations). French or German is a plus.
Experience:
Industry understanding and knowledge – min. 7 years Sales management – min. 3-5 yearsKnowledge & Skills:
Cross functional collaboration Leadership / People development Short-term as well as long-term vision IT skills: Microsoft Office, Goodyear tools is a plus (Tableau,DEA,Showpad etc.) SoftSkills: teamplayer, autonomous, connecting and self-driven, business development skills Travel requirement: regular HQ visits to Luxembourg, Belgium etc. visits to various countries
