Main Responsibilities

Client requirement analysisPerform Scope Evaluation, including site surveys, according to Division of ResponsibilitiesLead system design, system studies, mechanical layout, civil guides, functional and equipment specification for FACTS scopePerform Technical DefinitionTechnical clarification with customer, comments, and deviationsPreparation/lead key technical documents:System studies, layout, civil guides, functional and equipment specification for FACTS scopeSend request for quotation to 3rd parties, then validate technical offer and costingThe work scope and the associated Bill of Quantities (BoQ)Technical offer files with technical definition, including list of deviationsTender technical validationPost-tender support on clarifications, offer updates, negotiations

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering;

Office Package;

Desirable knowledge of AutoCad;

Desirable experience in the tendering area;

Availability for occasional travels;

Proactivity and interest in solving tasks;

Advanced English knowledge;

Desirable knowledge of Spanish;

Ability to work in a team
