BASIC FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITY: Direct all incoming telephone calls and greet visitors providing basic information and services. Represent the campus in a professional and positive manner. Assist with the efficient operation of the campus office.
ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent and one year of related experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Support of Administrative, Fiscal and/or Facilities Functions:
Process incoming calls efficiently and route to correct Update the announcement memo for the main telephone Provide general information and assistance to all callers and visitors in a friendly and professional Act as liaison between the campus and its customers. Greet and verify identification of visitors, answer walk-in inquiries and refer visitors to appropriate office or Assist with campus projects and perform clerical tasks as Provide assistance to staff/campuses/departments as Receive, sort, and distribute mail, messages, documents, and other deliveries. Maintain computerized files using personal computer, including reports, employee roster, and mailing lists. Assist with the scheduling of teacher conferences. Maintain confidentiality.

Work is normally performed in a typical interior office work environment with little or no exposure to physical conditions.
