Primary Purpose / Main Responsibilities

Follow-up to the sales plan by Dealer and purchase order cycle. Monitoring the profitability of the channel, dealer, product. Collaborative Forecast, analysis of sell in and sell out sales of main clients. Participate in S&OP meetings. Visit points of sale. Correct availability of products at point of sale. Improve the profitability of the business by increasing the sale of more profitable products. Increase Goodyear's involvement in alternative channels through our distributors. Increase the distribution of Goodyear with new points of sale in current or new customers. Training Dictate training to the sales staff of Goodyear dealers. Comply 100% with the Sales Academy courses. Collect and analyze market information. Ensure the correct execution and maintenance of the Goodyear brand manual at the points of sale. Ensure proper communication of Goodyear promotional campaign

 

Education and Certifications:           

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing or related field

 

Experience

2+ years in sales area/marketing. Experience attending traditional channel.

 

Knowledge & Skills

Office (word, power point & excel) – Mid Level. Management reports. SAP knowledge – basic level. English level – mid level. Marketing knowledge Analytical skills. Capable to meet goals Confident, perseverant, work under pressure & excellent relationship Maintain direct communication with: Marketing. Product & Pricing. Logistics. Customer Service. Finance.
