Links Solutions is seeking a .NET Developer (Senior-Level) to join our team in Picatinny Arsenal, NJ.

The .NET Developer will be an integral part of a development team supporting the ongoing development, maintenance, and enhancement of the U.S. Army DEVCOM Armaments Center.
We seek a .NET Developer who is comfortable with both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. Beyond coding, the ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, crafting intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.

Job Responsibilities:
+ Provide strong senior technical expertise performing in-depth ASP.NET Core, MS SQL Server agile software development and analysis.
+ Experience leading software teams through the agile software development lifecycle including leading and directing architecture, design, development, and deployment decisions.
+ Perform initial unit and integration testing to validate solutions.
+ Develop, maintain, and support web applications using Microsoft ASP.NET Core, AngularJS, CSS, HTML, IIS, Azure, and MS SQL Server database.
+ Work with development teams and product managers to provide software solutions.
+ Design client-side and server-side applications.
+ Build the front end of applications through appealing visual design.
+ Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.
+ Write effective APIs.
+ Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
+ Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software.
+ Create security and data protection settings.
+ Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design.
+ Write technical documentation.
+ Work with other developers and analysts to improve software.

Shift:
+ Monday - Friday
+ Must be able to work onsite at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 4 days a week.
+ 1 day of telework is permitted.
+ Must be a US Citizen.
+ Active Public Trust (T1) security clearance or higher (we will sponsor the right candidate).
+ IAT Level II Certification (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security Training, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC) equivalent or higher. Per DoD Directive 8140
+ Strong senior technical expertise performing in-depth ASP.NET Core, MS SQL Server agile software development and analysis.
+ 10+ years experience with .NET n-tier web application development
+ Experience with AngularJS or Blazor
+ Department of Defense (DoD) Risk Management Framework experience
Preferred:
+ Experience coding with Microsoft C#, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
+ Experience developing with Microsoft SQL Server to include schema/table design, and SQL/stored procedure development.
+ Experience with ASP.NET n-tier web application architecture design and deployment in Azure.
+ Experience with DevSecOps and automated tests and deployments.
+ Experience securing software and software systems, preferably following RMF.
+ Agile development experience including successfully leading agile teams.
+ Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
+ Accurate and precise attention to detail.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Excellent analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills.
+ Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
