Responsibilities:

Assists in the formulation and definition of system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems.Designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents, and maintains application program.Contributes to the development of project plans and timelines.Provides estimates for planned work.Establish an open relationship with customers, teammates, and other members of the IT organization.

Expectations:

A thorough understanding of Underwriting and Claim concepts is a plus.Complete assigned tasks as directed in a timely manner using good object-oriented coding practices and standards.Unit test code for proper functionalityFollow the established standards, patterns, and processes.Participate in team planning activities.

The Risk Solutions IT Team is working on several new and exciting projects in support of the new and rapidly growing Risk Solutions Business Unit. We are seeking a self-motivated developer that can quickly learn new concepts and tools. While the Key Technologies list represents the toolset our team utilizes, do not be hesitant to apply for this position if you do not have experience in all areas listed.

Key Technologies:

Angular JS, C#, EF CoreSQL Server, T-SQLVisual Studio, Team Foundation Server (TFS), GitHub, RallyWeb Services, HTML, JavaScript, jQueryTest-driven development, Automated deploymentsExperience with JSON, XML, and other data formats.Experience with service-oriented architecture and APIs.

Qualifications:
