Description Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to join our innovative development team working on cutting-edge AI projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with .NET Core and Microsoft SQL, a deep understanding of enterprise-grade applications, and a passion for building scalable and secure solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the CEO and a small, dynamic team of developers to shape the future of our applications and technology stack. Requirements Key Responsibilities • Development & Implementation: Design, build, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications, particularly focused on AI projects, using .NET Core and Microsoft SQL. • Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and fellow developers to ensure the technical vision aligns with business objectives. Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and planning sessions. • AI Projects: Contribute to the development and enhancement of current, ongoing, and new AI-driven applications. • Release Management: Help ensure smooth deployment and delivery of updates by contributing to the 4-times-daily release schedule. • Security & Compliance: Maintain and enhance security standards for enterprise-grade applications. Ability to work with existing security protocols and handle sensitive data securely. • Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor junior developers, provide feedback, and promote best practices across the development team. • Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed technical documentation for all code and applications. Required Skills & Qualifications • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET Core and Microsoft SQL in an enterprise environment. • Cloud Experience: Experience working with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, etc.) is a plus. • Release Management: Experience with continuous integration and deployment, with a fast-paced release cycle (4 times daily). • Security Clearance: If applicable, any existing security clearance is a strong plus. Soft Skills • Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize complex systems. • Communication: Strong communication skills to work effectively with the CEO and team members. • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving development environment. • Team Player: Strong team collaboration and willingness to share knowledge and ideas.
