Responsibilities:

CACI has an immediate opening for a junior-mid level .NET developer to be a member of the application configuration, development, and support team for CACI’s P2P procurement platform. This system maintains all functional aspects of Supplier Management and Source-to-Pay business processes. Additionally, multiple integrations exist in and out bound between multiple platforms, and several 3rd party webservices. Candidate will have the opportunity to exercise several skills to requirements gathering, data analysis, interface design, application configuration, testing, etc.

Produce detailed specifications and write software code in .NET/C#Develop web services and APIs for real-time integrations between systemsDevelop process flows and automations using a low-code/no-code integration and RPA platformsPrepare SQL statements to perform CRUD activities within Oracle and SQL ServerParticipate in maintaining a set of custom legacy systemsComplex batch jobs that move data between back-office systemsCustom user interfaces and back-end business logicConduct impact analysis for software changesConduct unit tests and document findingsSupport formal testing in controlled environment before code is promoted to productionAdhere to program configuration change control standards

US Citizenship is Required - This position will have the ability to gain access or be exposed to information and data that specifically limits access to U.S. personsResponsible for researching, designing, developing, and/or modifying software systems (e.g., custom, COTS, GOTS)Work with a team of developers in an Agile Scrum environmentWork closely with business analysts, designers, and subject matter experts to understand functional requirementsPresent ideas for system improvementsDevelop LOE estimates for development of new software modules or enhancementsDevelop and maintain knowledge of back-office systems, including technical changes in the application(s)

Qualifications:

Required: 

Must be proficient in application development, stand-alone console development, or web service/API development using .NET/C#Technical knowledge of .NET programming typically obtained through advanced education combined with experienceMust possess skills to query Oracle or SQL Server databases using SQLAbility to learn new functional areas quicklyAbility to debug / trace code and resolve issues quicklyUniversity degree or equivalent experienceEffective communicator and documentation skillsWillingness to learn and understand both functional and technical aspects of an enterprise system and lifecycle

Desired:

Experience with UiPath or other RPA platformsExperience working on software related back-office systems (P2P, ERP, MRP, HR)Experience building and using Web Service APIsExperience developing in an Agile environmentExperience using Microsoft DevOpsExperience designing low/no-code SaaS applications using logical design rules

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$48,300-$96,600
