The .NET Developer will have a primary focus on providing expert level programming with robust technical design capabilities. Candidates will be able to implement design patterns such as MVC and MVP. The .NET Developer will work collaboratively with the Business Analysts, Application Architect’s, and the Customer to transform business requirements into a technical solution. USPS is looking for the .NET Developer to have a strong ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with a team.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education:

BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field is preferred

Required Experience:

5 years minimum experience in .NET Technologies

Required Skills and Abilities:

Strong programming, design, and analytic skillsA good understanding of object-oriented analysis and design, including Single Page Application (SPA) designExcellent working knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, .NET CoreExcellent working knowledge of web formats and scripting languages such as JSON, HTML, and JavaScriptDemonstrated experience with cloud-based applications platforms such as AzureDemonstrated experience with web services and REST APIsDemonstrated experience working in the Agile software development methodologyDemonstrated experience with T-SQL and basic DDL interactions with SQL ServerDemonstrated experience using JavaScript-based UI frameworks such as AngularJSProficient experience writing and support complex applications including features such as document upload/storage, workflow management, automatic notifications, and dynamic user roles

The likely salary range for this position is $97,063 - $131,321. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
