**.Net Engineer/ Web App Engineer** **Location- Remote** **Clearance- Public Trust (would like someone that already has a clearance)** **Salary- 115k/yr** The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position’s responsibilities; the candidate’s experience, education, and skills; location; travel required; and current market conditions. **This program requires US Citizenship** This position will be responsible for designing, testing, coding, and developing software to meet user’s needs, recommending software upgrades for current and future systems; ensuring software continues to function normally through software maintenance, upgrade, and testing; and documenting every aspect of the application, service or environment as a reference for future operations and maintenance, including version and platform upgrades. **Duties** • Participate in requirements analysis • Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture • Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages • Test and deploy applications and systems • Revise, update, refactor and debug code • Improve existing software • Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) • Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support. **Required Skills** • 5+ years’ experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer • Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)) • Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3 • Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC) • Understanding of Agile methodologies • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills • Attention to detail **Qualifications & Education** • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in statistics, applied mathematics, or related discipline. • Two or more years of project management experience • Professional certification. **_ABBTECH is an EOE/Minorities/Women/Disabled Individuals/Veterans_** tag#IND1
