.Net Full Stack Developer

What the day will look like Aon Consulting, Inc. seeks a .Net Full Stack Developer based out of headquarters in Chicago, Illinois to perform software development. Create, maintain, and extend software products and technology. Design software solutions using object-oriented programming, .Net, JavaScript, and SQL Server. Build web components and architecture using RESTful web services, ASP.Net Web API, Visual Studio, Visual Code IDE, CSS, XML, and HTML. Analyze and report data using SSRS and SSIS. Review and analyze software code using MVC, and Git. Write and execute unit test cases to verify functionality of software code written. Conduct software testing using NUnit. Design software using N-tier application development methodologies. Utilize real-time transactional system design. Correct software bugs and deficiencies. Utilize Oracle and SQL database programming concepts including database architecture, stored procedures, query optimization, and performance/scalability considerations. Act as the technical subject matter expert for on system functionality, solving systems operations issues, and performance initiatives. Research and make recommendations regarding new technology available and its proper application. May work from home 5 days per week. Annual salary: $148,949 - $165,800. Job Location: 200 E. Randolph Street, Chicago, IL 60601 Skills and experience that will lead to success Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field plus five years of progressive software development experience. Must have at least five years of experience in each of the following: 1. Designing software solutions using object-oriented programming, .Net, JavaScript, and SQL Server; 2. Building web components and architecture using RESTful web services, ASP.Net Web API, Visual Studio, Visual Code IDE, CSS, XML, and HTML; 3. Analyzing and reporting data using SSRS and SSIS; 4. Reviewing and analyzing software code using MVC, and Git; 5. Conducting software testing using NUnit; 6. Designing software using N-tier application development methodologies; and 7.
