WM Product Technology

Wealth Management Product Technology (WMPT) is a dynamic and fast-paced organization within the Firm’s Wealth Management Technology Division. Technical Specialist

This is an Associate position within our Technical Specialist function, Candidate will design and develop REST based API platform that is key to building a scalable banking architecture. This platform will implement bill payments services and will be built using modern tech principles – caching, authentication, authorization, throttling, circuit braking, traceability, aggregation, orchestration, discovery, monitoring, alerts, and analytics.

What you’ll do in the role:

Design and develop REST based BillPay API services for Unified Banking Platform.Implement features like versioning, caching, authentication, authorization, throttling, circuit braking, traceability, aggregation, orchestration, discovery, monitoring, alerts, and analytics.Work as an Agile squad member and interact with other squad members as well as external stakeholders including business and technology partners (local as well as global) across Wealth Management, infrastructure team, architecture team to deliver the objectivesEmploy CICD well as DevOps principles to achieve SDLC goals of Global Banking Technology

What you’ll bring to the role:

3 – 5 years of hands-on experience in .NET, .NET Core and related technologies.3 – 5 years of hands-on experience with C#, WCF Windows Services, Web API, Entity Framework, Microservices, SOAP REST.3 – 5 years of hands-on experience with Relational databases (MS SQL /Oracle).Practical experience with messaging technologies (Kafka/MQ).Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.Working experience of Agile development methodologies and of DevOps integration.Exposure to JIRA or other ALM tools to create a productive, high-quality development.UI Tech Stack (Angular, React, Typescript, CSS, HTML).NoSQL databases (MongoDB).In-memory caching / databases (Redis).Knowledge of Financial market, lending-based products, and Wealth Management.At least 2 years of relevant experience to perform this role.
