Description We are offering a long-term employment opportunity for a .Net Programmer in Dublin, Ohio. The role encompasses a variety of tasks including software development, system implementations, and issue resolution in an Agile development environment within the healthcare industry. Responsibilities: • Develop and deliver technology solutions within an Agile environment to transform healthcare into a safer and more cost-effective sector. • Demonstrate knowledge of software languages and application programming interfaces. • Oversee system implementations to minimize risk of system outages or other negative production impacts. • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of hardware/software platforms, including operating systems, databases, application servers, and web servers. • Utilize problem-solving abilities to provide effective and timely resolution of system issues. • Analyze production system operations using monitoring tools, capacity analysis, and outage root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement in system stability and performance. • Exhibit knowledge of software development life cycle, modeling of business processes, and application design patterns. • Estimate high level business requirements and provide options analysis. • Support build projects for Combined Workflow applications. • Lead the design and development of applications (.NET framework / SSIS Jobs). • Assist in the migration of applications from one .Net version to the next. • Collaborate with the business team on enhancements and future work estimations. Requirements • Proficiency in .NET programming language • Experience with operations, procedures, and policy planning processes • Familiarity with database design and production • Proficient in SQL and Java programming languages • Understanding of cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) • Experience with integration and monitoring tools • Ability to execute tasks effectively and efficiently • Experience with GitHub and operating systems • Familiarity with HealthCare.gov and web app development • Knowledge of business principles and business process functions • Experience with JIRA for project management • Understanding of agile methodologies • Experience with data migration processes • Strong programming skills • Familiarity with healthcare industry is a plus.
