.Net Software Architect(Hybrid)

About You:

You are an experienced software architect who does “hands on” full stack development with .Net, and are looking for a role where you can have a high degree of ownership and hands-on involvement in a suite of enterprise products for life sciences companies.

You enjoy taking on technical challenges like – How can we reduce load times on this page by 30%? How can we build our applications to take advantage of advances in machine learning? How do we speed up processing on this set of 10,000+ back-end calculations to give our clients a better experience?

If a product lead on the team comes to you with a feature idea or a customer issue, you are comfortable talking through and understanding the objectives, brainstorming a few ways to reach the goal, and then either taking on those actions yourself or supporting another team member as they do.

You want to work mostly as an individual contributor, but you enjoy teaching and mentoring other developers. You coach others when they need help with implementing a new feature or handling a tricky bug. When conducting code reviews, you are detailed and forward looking, with a high bar for quality. When you write your own code, you are efficient and proactive in anticipating and addressing issues.

You have a can-do attitude and welcome the opportunity to take on a new challenge when something comes up that may not be in your existing areas of expertise. You bring a varied background and a passion for ongoing innovation.
