The Software Engineer will development and implement assigned platform in a collaborative and inclusive Agile Team. Use foundational technical knowledge of API development utilizing technologies such as.NET/Web or other assigned technologies, structured programming concepts, and process enhancement. Focus on applying industry standard software engineering practices to software development lifecycle and deliver quality results.
Responsibilities Develop, modify, and maintain applications or specialized utility programs utilizing .NET, C#, REST and Angular Framework (ver 11+)programming.Knowledge of financial industry with Symitar API (SymXchange / SymConnect), platforms such as Episys/Symitar and languages such as PowerOn/RepGen a plus.Experience with MuleSoft desired.Collaborate with and across Agile teams using full stack software development tools and technologies.Analyze business needs and develop software solutions for external and internal customers utilizing cutting-edge technologies with the aim of optimizing member experience and operational efficiency partnering with senior/principal engineers, architects and scrum team members.Analyze and design application database solutions, collaborating with database development efforts across the organization.Develop applications including design, implementation, testing and maintenance of simple to moderately complex software applications and subsystems.Utilize effective Agile techniques in refinement, planning, estimating, and completing assignments collaborating with team members.Identify and implement solutions to complex issues that are related to production level code defects or process changes.Education:Bachelors Degree - Computer Science or related - Minimum Years of Experience:3 Years - Application Development or related - Minimum3 year - Symitar core, .NET or Related - Preferred In Lieu of Education:8 years - Application development in assigned area or Related
