What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee fleet assets, maintenance, and compliance, including managing vehicle registrations and renewals, inventory of assets, insurance claims and motor vehicle violations and EZ pass administration.Work with locations to keep track major equipment rebuilds.Manage special projects for fleet/mobile, such as restructuring the DOT compliance program and setting up the SAP maintenance system.Maintain relationships with key vendors, including Wheels and DOT-related support vendors, and engage with heavy equipment dealerships.Analyze equipment-related data and present potential opportunities to management.Create spreadsheets and presentations for management use, including capital expenditures and replacement/rebuild plans.

What Are We Looking For

Strong project management and organizational skills.Knowledge of automotive and heavy equipment terminology.Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.Excellent communication skills and ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP (a plus).

Work Environment
This position operates primarily in an office setting, however, may be required to go out to sites.
