Summary

This is a position of the Senior Lead Engineer which focus on FEA mechanical simulation.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting finite element analysis to evaluate the structural integrity of various materials and components. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize designs and ensure high performance and reliability of products. This position requires a deep understanding of material properties, mechanical behavior, and simulation methodologies. 

Detailed Description

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

•    Perform finite element analysis (FEA) (both static and dynamic) on materials, components and system of  the switch/storage/rack.
•    Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize designs with FEA simulation guidance.
•    Evaluate the structural integrity and performance of components
•    Prepare and present technical reports and findings for both internal and external customers.
•    Contribute to the development and refinement of simulation methodologies
•    Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Physical Demands Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment. Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.  Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required. Occasional travel may be required. Typical Experience 4 to 6 years in a similar role or industry. Typical Education

Master degree  of  Mechanical engineering/ Material engineering or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
