099 - Bashas' Floating Meat Team Lead - East Valley

The Floating Meat Team will be responsible to travel to multiple stores to substitute for Meat Team Leader vacations, illnesses, or to assist where needed from week to week.

Roving Meat Team Leader Reports to: Store Team Leader

 

FLSA Status: Nonexempt

 

Job Summary: The meat team leader effectively directs and supervises all personnel, functions and activities of the Meat Department to achieve the sales, performance and profit goals established for the department. The meat team leader serves as the meat department team leader, constantly working with team members to improve job performance while engaging with customers to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Floating Meat Team Leaders are working managers, focusing on the customer’s shopping experience and product production, replenishment, merchandising and inventory control. Meat Team Leaders work diligently to maximize sales, gross profits and the successful execution/sustainability of merchandising programs and initiatives. Meat Team Leaders are coaches and role models who exhibit leadership behaviors deemed important to team and organizational success.
