An opportunity for a newly qualified graduate to support:
the Payroll team in maintaining accurate payroll records, executing accurate payroll payments and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
Please note that the successful candidate will need to be registered and complete a company-selected and SETA-approved learnership.
Requirements:
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Payroll Intern
1. Assist in Processing/Capturing of payroll data on VIP
2. Assist in collating payroll and audit reports for checking on a monthly basis
3. Assist in checking of payroll input and NAV Coding for the auditing of the payroll on a monthly basis captured in the following areas:
- New engagements
- Transfer & Job Changes
- Terminations
- Monthly contract workers
4. Prepare Weekly Payment Batches
5. Airfreighting and Emailing of Payslips on a monthly basis
6. Ad-hoc duties
7. Attend and complete the company selected SETA approved Learnership
