The Behavior Technician works to facilitate educational and behavioral services with children and adults with special needs and collaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives. Minimum Requirements: + Para license + Two (2) years of pediatric experience + Must have 1:1 experience + Current CPR if applicable + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age - . The student is an 8 th grade female student that we just brought back from an alternative setting. She has been insubordinate and tends to elope when allowed. She has the tendency to be disrespectful to adults. She is in a self-contained class, but she goes to specials. This person would need to build rapport and connection with this student, being a role model and inspiration.
