Summary

Quality Manager – Ensure Excellence and Compliance in Every Product

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to ensure our products and services consistently meet high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. As the Quality Manager, you will oversee all quality control processes, inspect final products, and ensure they align with customer requirements, legal standards, and company expectations. Your role will be critical in maintaining our reputation and driving sustainable growth.
 

Detailed Description Develop and implement effective quality control processes based on customer needs and legal requirements. Set product and process specifications, ensuring suppliers meet quality standards. Monitor compliance with health, safety, and legal obligations. Lead and supervise inspectors and technicians, providing guidance and feedback. Review product development procedures to identify quality deviations. Inspect final outputs, ensuring compliance with requirements, and approve or reject products accordingly. Maintain accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis on quality data. Gather customer feedback to ensure their expectations are met. Report findings to executives and propose continuous improvement opportunities.

 

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Proven experience as a Quality Manager, ideally in the semiconductor industry. Strong attention to detail and a results-driven approach. Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficient in MS Office and experienced in data analysis/statistical methods. Deep understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards. Strong math abilities and problem-solving skills. BSc/BA in Business Administration or related field. Certification in quality control (e.g., ISO 9000) is a plus.
