Program Manager (RIA Experience)

Position Overview: Seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager with a strong background in broker-dealer, Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), wealth management, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) within the fixed income industry. This role requires a strategic leader who can effectively manage complex programs, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure successful execution aligned with corporate objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the RIA landscape, including fiduciary responsibilities, regulatory frameworks, and operational challenges within financial services.

Must-Have Qualifications:

10+ years of experience as a Program Manager, leading programs through the full lifecycle.5+ years of experience in broker-dealer, RIA, or investment firm environments.Strong expertise in wealth management, fixed income, and M&A activities.Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.Experience with program budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.Advanced MS Office skills, including Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.Familiarity with M&A tools such as Virtual Data Rooms is a plus.Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.PMI or PMP certification preferred.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of experience managing or playing a significant role in corporate programs, including system projects.Deep understanding of fiduciary responsibilities and regulatory frameworks in RIA operations.Ability to navigate tight deadlines, prioritize competing demands, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
