This role focuses on managing contracts related to sales, marketing, distribution, and servicing components. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to drive value through strategic sourcing.

Qualifications

Experience: 5-8 years of advanced contracting and sourcing experience, with expertise in strategic and tactical procurement principles.Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.Technical Skills:Proficiency in contract management tools and processes (e.g., Ariba Source-to-Pay).Familiarity with Power BI for data analysis and insight generation.Strong knowledge of MS Office products.Core Skills:Demonstrated ability to redline and negotiate contracts with a track record of delivering favorable outcomes.Experience sourcing for sales, marketing, and commodity-based contracts.Ability to analyze vendor cost models and ensure cost efficiency.Strong business acumen and an understanding of vendor strategy development.Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to change in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in financial services or related industries.Familiarity with advanced data analysis tools and techniques.Dynamic personality with a curious mindset and a willingness to learn and fill knowledge gaps independently.
