Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist Start Date: March Duration: Rest of Spring Semester Location: La Crosse, Wisconsin Hours: School Hours (Monday to Friday) Compensation: Over $2,500 weekly Qualifications: + Valid Wisconsin License for Speech Language Pathology + DPI (Department of Public Instruction) license OR Pending Application Responsibilities: As an agency employee of Amergis Educational Staffing, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting students’ communication and language development. Your responsibilities will include: + Assessment and Diagnosis: + Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders. + Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to gather relevant information. + Individualized Treatment Plans: + Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results. + Provide therapy sessions to address speech and language goals. + Progress Monitoring: + Regularly evaluate student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. + Document progress and maintain accurate records. + Collaboration: + Work closely with teachers, special education teams, and parents to support students’ communication needs. + Attend IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings.
